ChemProcess Consulting & Services Ltd. is a sole-proprietorship technical consulting firm, based in the City of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The firm is founded and led by our Principal Consultant, Walid ElMoudir Ph.D., P.Eng., CAPM, PMP, who has over twenty years' experience in the oil and gas, power/utilities, decarbonization and carbon capture, energy-transition, seawater desalination, and development & research. Dr. Walid has participated or led over 100 engineering studies and projects in the plant design and simulation, process optimization, troubleshooting, and training. 

Walid holds Bachelor of Science (B.Sc., 1999), Master of Science (M.Sc., 2005) with Distinction, and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D., 2012) degrees in Chemical/Industrial Engineering. He is also certified as Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM, 2017) and Project Management Professional (PMP, 2020) by Project Management Institute (PMI).

ChemProcess is specialized in providing technical consulting services in the following industrial processes such as;

1. Acid Gas Removal Units (AGRU) based on amine solvents, specifically removing CO2, H2S, or CO2/H2S.  

2. Gas and Natural Gas Dehydration Units (GDU) using glycol solvents

3. Pre-/Post-Combustion Carbon Dioxide Capture Units (PCCC) with reactive chemical solvents (i.e.e Amine or Hot Potassium), Hybrid or physical  solvents

4. Seawater Thermal Desalination Units (i.e. Multi Stage Flash (MSF) or Multi Effect Evaporators (MEE) with and without thermal vapor compression) 

5. Amine and Glycol Reclamation and Purification 

ChemProcess Consulting & Services Ltd. is the Agent/Representative of Optimized Gas Treating, Inc.  (Texas, USA) and their products in the Middle East, Africa, Turkey and Cyprus. In addition, ChemProcess also has a collaboration agreements with Omni Energy Solutions and A One Resources (both from Egypt). To support our operations and serve our clients, we also have a number of agreements in place with Engineering firms or Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) firms in Canada and overseas.
